Visions is completely different material than pyrex or slowcooker pot.

Thanks to Calexium's extremely high thermal shock resistance, food can be stored in the freezer in a piece of Visions and immediately taken to the stovetop or oven for cooking.

Available used at most thrift stores. We had a set for years. Could not kill it. Now in use at friends hunting cabin.

If you are near a Husqvarna dealer stop in. Some of them carry the Husqvarna axe line. Wood or composite handles. Usually made under contract by decent Swedish makers. At the very least you can handle some good axes and see what feels right. Here is a link to a manual to keep your choppers working.....

Flu epidemic articles are pretty common at this time of year. I have never had a flu shot, but a universal vaccine might interest me. Where/how does prepping for "the flu" factor into your life?

If you have to order from usa then look into self clearing your packages. Save the rip off brokerage fees. Only "prep" item bought online so far would be knives.
