Thanks for posting the link Crownsown. Digital is great until you can lay hands on a paper copy. Check this site out sometime.

Thanks or sharing the book. I'm looking forward to reading it. I had the chance to meet Dave Grossman and attend his lecture, it was extremely interesting.

I envy you. I've heard he does some really interesting talks. His book on linking violent video games to murders was stunning. (Cantremember the name of it now..) Lt. Col. Grossman shows how many of the techniques he implemented at West Point to train normal humans to kill...are the same in video games we play. Absolutely interesting his research.

And he isn't some "internet researcher" A certified Psychiatrist, and lord knows how many accredations.
(If it sounds like I'm boosting this guy..its cause I am. His reading was highly recommended and pushed in Krav.)

I should actually add to this post on what I've added lately... Last week I made the jump to "crazy doomsdayer" and obtained a few RU6500 Honeywell Full Face respirators. With them, several sets of 75SCP100L filters.

Sold some of my radio gear to purchase an upgrade.
ended up with this...
http://www.rigpix.com/yaesu/ft767gx.htm
A bit newer than what I had, but still a rig from the 80's
Advantages are more bands, automatic antenna tuner, and double the output power that I had!!!
Now if my voice would only come back, I could really test it out, but so far I'm already receiving much better than before!

I made a big batch of homemade cold process soap today. I also bought an elliptical machine, because after having my weight creep up a bit every year, along with blood pressure, I have decided what I REALLY need to add to my preps is improved health. I also got back into cross-country skiiing on the weekend, after not doing that for a few years. That means I've added some aches where I didn't know I had muscles ;) but hopefully that goes away after a few weeks.
