Adding in more salt, pepper, and ordered and booked a extra 300 sqaure bales from across the valley where they are having better hay cuts them we are here.. The drought locally is brutal..

At this point I am not buying to much, I am taking in products from gardens and drying, canning and so forth.. Got a new solar dryer arrive on the farm , its a big beast. it can reach temps of 130 to 135 on a good day.. and it certianly can get the job done on some things.. but not others.. still gl...

Added a second fridge (needed more space for storing and cooling larger amounts of meat for butchering, otherwise this week is all about wood, metal T bars, metal fence posts and screws/nails and so forth.
