Hi, Peter; I didn't understand until recently how good mason bees are as pollinators - better than the honey bee by far, and they rarely sting! Even if their good pollination is because they are kind of clumsy, the plants don't care I'm sure - as long as the work gets done. Kudos to you for thinking...

I don't know, Denob, but something about this doesn't feel right. Like why distroy his body before announcing it to the world? I just feel squirmy about it eventhough I saw the headline on the front page of the supposedly respectible globe and mail.

I was wondering how people's gardens are progressing this spring. We are adding asperagus to our perennial edibles this year. How are everyone elses garden plans progressing?
