I've thought about getting a crossbow many times. Is one model better than another? Is there a book or site for folks new to crossbows? Oldschool, consider a crossbow. Shoots like a gun, a lot less skill needed than traditional archery, not dependent on physical strength, perfectly capable of taking...

Well, does last week count? We picked up a butane stove and two extra cans of fuel for it. I figure if we pick up two cans every month, and test the stove to ensure it's still working, we should be good.

Didn't do much prep wise this week. :| I put another 2L bottle of water aside as well as another 2 bags of dried pasta, and another can of tomatoes.

Plastic Water Barrel Help Needed Please

I'm designing a water catchment system, and for the moment I'm working with one barrel. I need to find a source of plastic water barrels in or around Sault Ste. Marie. Can anyone point me to a source of barrels?

Hi Old School, I have an older model, not even sure what kind it is, that was given to me by someone who never used it. It's brown, round and has about five trays. Anyway, in the summer, I use mine a lot. To dry food, fruit and herbs. I'd like to find a fruit leather tray for it, but so far no luck....
