Deflation?

Watching the markets this week one can't help but wonder if we're entering into the period of deflation many have speculated would hit before hyper inflation takes hold. It's amazing to watch the price of gold drop so drastically. My gut tells me there's manipulation at play likely so central banks ...

Re: BC Interior preppers

It has been my experience that the interior is rich with self sufficient, independent free thinking people many of whom don't even realize they are "preppers." Many of said people would also shy away from the label as they are pursuing a lifestyle rather than identity.

No need for more sub threads just stickies like:

Re: Hi mods can we get some sticky threads going on?

When the same topics are posted and reposted, they begin to be ignored by people that may have valuable information to cobtribute. It's not that people should live in fear of asking questions it's that we can present information better if it is organized and not a free for all. Whatever happens will...

Re: Hi mods can we get some sticky threads going on?

Honestly I'm a little offended at Denobs response. This is an open forum and I was merely making a suggestion on how to make things better AND build consensus on an issue. To have the thread labelled as an example of members here "not thinking" is kind of extreme. The Alberta subsection is...

Hi mods can we get some sticky threads going on?

Hey guys, We are seeing a rise in threads with recurring themes (precious metals, economic collapse, bug in/out, SHTF SCENARIOS, etc...). Just wondering if we can stick some of these more popular topics to the top of the Alberta board to avoid duplicates? This is a great board but I'm a sucker for s...

Re: Interest rates

I wonder what the best scenario is? Interest hikes can be a tool in countering the hyper inflation all this QE is going to cause but it will stifle consumer spending and bankrupt some people. They have to cut spending, raise taxes, raise interest rates and keep the economy on life support. WTF? Seems...

Re: On Sale This Week

Hey guys I used it for a test fill. the wheels are no concern as i'll be keeping it in the box of my pickup which also takes care of the elevation issue for flow rate. i knew what to expect as it says right on the box it's rated at 2 GPM. I'm overall happy with it and love the capacity it adds to my...
