Everyone possesses a number of personal skills. Sometimes we do not even recognize them as a skill, we take them for granted. In a SHTF situation there are a vast number of personal skills that would very quickly be elevated from useful to essential, indispensable and even life saving.

Beyond the obvious skills of personal survival, first aid there are a myriad of others. What personal skills do you think would be important in a SHTF situation?

Definitly having good people skills and reading body language well would be very handy.

Having members with good people skills would be important for any group. If bad things happened interactions with other people could be crucial to both personal survival and that of the group. Indeed this is a very useful skill that would be indispensible in a SHTF situation. Good one Cares!
